Coming from a family with Italian heritage, gelato is a meal time staple. I grew up listening to how my father, as a child, would sneak into his grandparents house at 7am and for a fresh scoop of their first churn of gelato of the day...and he still has his own teeth to this day! I wanted to follow in my great grandparents footsteps and bring you a taste of Italy.  Originally my family come from the Molise region of Italy, and my husbands family are from Sardegna. After attending the University of Gelato (yes, that's a real place!), I decided to take the leap and start my own gelato business.
